2024 Sea Smoke 'Botella' Pinot Noir Sta. Rita Hills

Botella is named after the mineral-rich soil type found on the Sea Smoke Estate Vineyard and other exceptional vineyards of the Sta. Rita Hills. The grapes are sourced from neighboring vineyards of the Sea Smoke estate and are vinified with individual block fermentation. Botella features less time on the skins, earlier picks for bright aromatics, shorter barrel aging, and lower new French oak impact to really showcase the pure fruit and terroir. .
Notes of raspberries, red cherries, chaparral, and bouquet garni, together with vanilla bean and a touch of toffee.
