2023 KHK 'Hillside' Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Valley

A power packed team of the Hall Family (of Hall’s Chop House), Thomas Keller of the French Laundry, Jim Keller, no relation (Napa real estate mogul), and winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown. The first vintages of KHK were strictly allocated to be served at their find dining restaurants around the country including as a glass pour option at The French Laundry.
Think blackberry compote, rose petals, toasted peppercorns, and warm, crushed clove on the nose, with sweet fruit, soft saddle leather, dark chocolate, and supple tannins with a long finish.
A must have – won’t last long. Only 300 cases made.
