The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Spring Mountain District (100% varietal) has a darker core of black and blue fruits as well as some classic mountain notes of iron, black olives, and leafy herbs. Medium to full-bodied and nicely concentrated on the palate, it's a masculine, structured Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon that will benefit from 3-4 years in the cellar and cruise over the following 15 years or more.
