The 2019 vintage is a masterful Bordeaux-style blend of 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Petit Verdot. Aromas of mixed-berry coulis, anise, and sandalwood lead into a plush palate layered with blackberry, black currant, espresso, violet, and a hint of graphite. Polished, velvety tannins carry a long, perfumed finish. Powerful, elegant, and built for the cellar, with 96 points from James Suckling and 95 from Wine Advocate.
